1. Stand Behind Our Products and Service

Fantasy Pins backs the custom products we manufacture with a 100% Product Quality Guarantee. We will replace a defective custom product or a product with an impactful manufacturing variation. Minor, non-impactful manufacturing variations can occur during custom production and are considered normal.

Any claim involving a defective product must be submitted to us in writing, with supporting photographs, within 14 days of delivery to your shipping address. For purposes of this guarantee, a defect means a manufacturing error that is our responsibility.

Because all products are custom manufactured, they cannot be returned for reasons unrelated to a qualifying manufacturing defect. Fantasy Pins is not responsible for lost profits, costs, missed events, or other losses caused by carrier delays or other events beyond our reasonable control.

2. Give You Accurate Order Information

Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof of your final custom product. The proof allows you to review spelling, colors, size, artwork, and other details before production.

The size of a lapel pin or similar item is determined by measuring the widest or tallest point of the design. Any visual size representation shown on a proof is for illustration only and is not a substitute for selecting the correct item size when placing your order.

Different manufacturing methods reproduce color differently. You are responsible for understanding the type of product you are ordering before payment and approval.

3. Use Pantone Colors Where Applicable

Where applicable, Fantasy Pins uses the Pantone Matching System (PMS). If an exact color is important, you must provide the desired Pantone PMS number.

Computer monitors, mobile devices, and printers display color differently, so screen colors should not be treated as an exact color standard. We recommend confirming important colors with a physical Pantone color book or chart. If requested, PMS numbers can be listed on your proof for verification.

Photoscreen and other printed products may reproduce bright or neon colors less vividly than they appear on a digital proof. Soft enamel is generally recommended when especially bright colors are desired. We also recommend reviewing proofs on a full-size computer screen rather than a phone whenever possible.

4. Acknowledge Your Order

After we receive your payment information, you will receive an order confirmation or receipt by email. That confirmation will include the written specifications of your order, including pricing, product type, size, quantity, colors, estimated production time, the finalized digital proof, and a link to these Terms & Conditions.

The order confirmation represents our understanding of the order you placed and is the binding written description of your order. Orders begin processing immediately. If you do not receive your confirmation, contact us promptly for another copy.

5. Produce Your Order Correctly and Promptly

Under normal global manufacturing conditions, standard orders are generally produced within 30 days or less, and normal rush orders are generally produced within approximately 15 days or less, unless otherwise stated. Certain products, including 3-D molded, zinc alloy, dual-plated, LED-lighted, or mechanically enhanced items, may require additional production time.

May through July is typically our busiest season, and production or delivery estimates may be longer during this period. Large, specialty, complex, replacement, or add-on products such as danglers, spinners, bobbleheads, and sliders may also require additional time.

Rush production, when available, moves an order forward in the production schedule but does not create an absolute delivery guarantee. We reserve the right to select packaging, attachments, and findings that are appropriate for the product. Finished orders may be shipped via UPS or FedEx, and we may direct ship from the factory when appropriate.

2. Understand That Custom Item Sales Are Final

Every product is manufactured specifically for the customer who ordered it. Because custom merchandise cannot be returned to inventory and resold, orders are started immediately and cannot be canceled once placed. Please place an order only when you are certain you want and need the custom product.

3. Have Legal Rights to Submitted Logos, Trademarks, and Artwork

By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, text, or other design elements to Fantasy Pins, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce them or to authorize their reproduction. You also represent that production of the submitted material does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any other person or organization.

4. Respect Our Artwork, Copyrights, and Design Time

Digital design proofs created by Fantasy Pins remain the property of Fantasy Pins and may not be sent to another manufacturer or used to reproduce products elsewhere without our written permission. Artwork, logos, or original design materials supplied by you remain subject to your own rights and responsibilities.

Our design proofs are prepared for the purpose of producing an order with Fantasy Pins. If you decide not to proceed, please let us know. We reserve the right to decline future free design work or to require payment for design services when substantial design work has repeatedly been requested without an order being placed.

Unauthorized copying or commercial use of our original proof artwork may violate applicable copyright law.

5. Carefully Review and Approve Your Proof

When you receive your digital proof, carefully review the design, spelling, artwork, colors, quantities, and all other details. If corrections are required, notify us by email before approving the proof.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the final proof provided by Fantasy Pins will be the proof used for production. All custom orders are paid in full before production. We do not offer payment terms or 50%-down arrangements unless specifically agreed to in writing.

If an exact color is required, provide a Pantone PMS number. General color names such as navy, maroon, gold, or red do not identify an exact shade.

6. Provide Complete Order Information

When placing an order, you must clearly identify the product, proof number, quantity, size, colors, specifications, and required delivery date. A prior design request, email, conversation, or telephone call is not itself a completed order unless the information appears in your final order confirmation.

Review your order confirmation carefully. If a detail does not appear on the confirmation, it is not considered part of the order. If you do not receive a receipt or confirmation, contact us immediately.

7. Understand Shipping Limitations

Our goal is to have your order delivered on or before the date you need it. However, production and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Fantasy Pins is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including inaccurate or undeliverable addresses, customs procedures, weather, carrier delays, carrier misrouting, or the unavailability of the recipient. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a carrier delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with the shipment and provide available tracking or carrier information.

8. Secure Your Delivered Product

You are responsible for the shipment after the carrier records it as delivered. Delivery signatures are not required unless specifically arranged. If credible tracking information shows the package was delivered, Fantasy Pins will consider the shipment delivered unless reliable evidence establishes otherwise.

Please select your shipping address carefully.

9. Inspect Your Order Immediately

You are responsible for inspecting your order promptly after delivery. Any issue must be reported to Fantasy Pins within 14 days of the carrier's recorded delivery date. There is no grace period beyond this deadline.

We must also be given a reasonable opportunity to correct a qualifying manufacturing problem. On time-sensitive orders, waiting to inspect the shipment until immediately before an event may prevent us from having enough time to manufacture replacements.
